Mega Development Inc. has been providing Development Services, Project Management, General Constructing, and Design/Build Services to clients in Northern Illinois for three decades.
Like many firms we started small - initially as Pappas Construction which was incorporated in 1981. Through our hard work, and at the request of our clients, we grew from our early days as simply a builder into a multi-disciplinary firm. As we grew, we felt our name no longer appropriately addressed the medley of services we were providing to our clients and re-incorporated under the name of Mega Development Inc. in 1995.
